Akhlakiat (Discipline) is a necessary part of life and the foundation of an Islamic Madrassah. It is essential to the spiritual, social and educational development of an individual. Knowledge gained without Akhlaq is incomplete. We request that all our students follow these rules of conduct.

***Any student found damaging the school property or sounding the fire alarm will be immediately suspended. He/she could cost us our permit!!

  • Islamic dress code is mandatory for all students, teachers and parents. (Example: Full Abayas are now a compulsory part of our uniform.) Students are expected to attend Madrassah in proper Islamic attire. They will be monitored by the Madrassah staff, and if any problems persist, parents will be contacted. Parents please set an example for our children and observe proper Islamic dress code when picking up or dropping off your children.
  • Hats other than Islamic hats are not allowed.
  • Girls are requested not to wear nail polish in Madrassah.
  • Smoking will NOT be permitted and will result in immediate suspension.
  • To achieve optimum success, students are expected to attend all their classes and be punctual.
  • Students should be in their Period 1 class 5 minutes before it begins. Classes begin at 10:00 a.m. SHARP. Parents will be accountable when your child(ren) are late 3 times. If lateness persists, parents will be asked to attend a meeting between student/parent/principle. Students coming late affect the rest of the class!
  • Madrassah ends at 2:00 p.m. SHARP. Please arrange to pick up your child(ren) on time. A late pick up charge of $25 will apply. Instruct your child(ren) to wait in the cafeteria if you are late (in emergency). We will not be held responsible for your child(ren). There have been instances when we have had to wait until 3:00 p.m. for children to be picked up. We welcome parent volunteers to help and stay after Madrassah. Your assistance will be greatly appreciated. Please contact any of the committee members.
  • Jamaat Namaaz is at 1:30 p.m. and it is part of the Madrassah curriculum. All students are expected to show respect during Namaz. This means standing in attention and not talking to fellow students. Parents are welcome to attend and/or to help out!
  • All three subjects, LANGUAGE, DINIYAT, AND QUR’AN are compulsory. There will be no exceptions made.
  • More than 12 classes missed in any subject will result in an “incomplete outcome” and the student will have to repeat the course in the following year.
  • Your child must be 5 years of age before December 31st , to be accepted in the Madrassah. Proof of age will be required for admission.
  • There will be 4 quizzes for each subject. The top three highest marks worth 80% will be used for the final mark. No make up quiz will be given.
  • Homework, as in any institution is a must. If the student misses homework 3 times, the teacher will notify the parent.
  • Send your child(ren) to school with all the necessary scholastic supplies such as paper, pens, eraser, etc.
  • Students are expected to be courteous and considerate in their interaction with fellow students, teachers and volunteers.
  • Fighting and hitting each other will not be tolerated (this usually starts as a joke and ends up as a serious problem)
  • Students are not permitted to loiter in or obstruct hallways and stairwells. Students are expected to treat the school grounds buildings and everything in the building with the same respect that they would give to their personal property. This includes disposing of all litter in the appropriate bins.
  • Students are not to remain in a classroom during break and Namaz times & after 2:00 p.m.

A humble request let us continue to treat every staff member with respect, equality, and courtesy. Every member of our staff is a volunteer and helping our child(ren) to gain Islamic education. “The love of our 14 Masumeen has gathered us together”. Let us make this our motto.
Insha-Allah together we can achieve all our goals !
