  • The first few weeks of Madrassah are very crucial since teachers evaluate their students and place them in the appropriate levels.  Sometimes students forget their material during summer and usually they are transferred to their correct level after the 1st quiz.  No transfers will take place 2 weeks after the 1st quiz. (except Special Classes)
  • Language class should be chosen on the day of registration.  If a student wants to change their language class then it should be done with-in 4 weeks of registration.

  • Attendance, class participation, handing in of homework and projects on time is very crucial towards the final marks.

  • There will be NO RETAKE on the 4th Quiz
  • Special award is presented to the student who has demonstrated an overall outstanding performance; For example, Outstanding Aklhaq, Best Effort, etc. regardless of one’s academic standings. This Award is determined by the class teacher.

    • 7-12 students I class receive 1st and 2nd only
    • 13 + students in class receive all three – 1st, 2nd, 3rd
  • Students in Level 1 & 2 Diniyat, Quran & all the languages do not get a final report card since they do not give any quizzes. .  They all get promoted to the next level.  We feel that they are too young to be graded – as do the District School Board.
  • We have now added an extra Level in all the languages as of September 2008. All students in the highest Level will be exempted from Quizzes.
